50 Cent has agreed to hand over $6 million of Rick Ross’ baby mama’s $7 million sex tape judgment as part of a proposed $23.4 million bankruptcy repayment plan.

Under his debt proposal, filed May 17 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Connecticut, Lastonia Leviston will get the lump sum in exchange for dropping her $7 million sex tape case against him, and if 50 Cent doesn’t pay within 30 days, Leviston’s original claim will be reinstated.

Last year, a New York jury awarded Leviston the $7 million judgment after she sued 50 Cent for leaking a tape of her having sex with her then boyfriend. The “Power” actor filed for bankruptcy shortly afterwards, claiming he had $11 to $50 million in assets, and liabilities in the same range.

50 said in court papers that Leviston has agreed to his proposal, and said they both believe the settlement is in their best interest and would prevent them from having to drag the case out in court.

Three men have been arrested and charged with the killing of a tiny fish (an endangered specie) destruction of property, trespassing and unlawful possession of a firearm by police after they allegedly broke into a fenced-off protected area of Death Valley National Park in Nevada on 30 April.

The 3 drunk men Steven Schwinkendorf, 29, Edgar Reyes, 35, and Trenton Sargent, 26, stomped around in the water of Devils Hole, they threw up in the pond, threw beer cans and boxer shorts over the area, and tore up the habitat of the Devils Hole pupfish, one of the rarest fish in the world. One of the fish was later found dead.

According to the National Parks Service, the men fired a gun at least 10 times at gate locks, a motion sensor and several signs. Sensitive scientific monitoring equipment was also damaged. They face the possibility of fines of up to $50,000 and a year in prison.

The Sherriff's office said:

“Their unlawful visit ultimately culminated with at least one of the suspects stripping off their clothes and entering the water of Devils Hole.”

“The suspects in the water stomped around the shelf area of the critical ecosystem before swimming around the deeper water, leaving behind a pair of dirty underwear when finished.

“The intrusion is believed to have resulted in the death of at least one endangered Devils Hole pupfish, and fisheries biologists are trying to ascertain the extended damage that may have been done to food sources and egg sites which could lead to more loss of a species whose numbers are now below the last count of 115 in existence.”

Freeze took to his IG page to weigh in on the increased petrol price by the Federal Government. Read what he wrote below:

A TORTOISE WITH RIGOR MORTIS ! ! !

The pain of the poor Nigerian at such a time as this is beyond unbearable. I have always supported this government so I took the slow 'tortoise' pace of its ruling strategy though unnerving, with optimism, believing that the future is going to be propitious if we can eventually get out of this 'alley'..... However, with the latest hike in petrol prices, the slow paced tortoise has developed rigor mortis, which by definition is 'the stiffness of death'. This fuel increase, will only serve to highlight our harrowing plight, in a country where life prior to this act, was already intolerable.

It's like serving a quit notice to a man whose car was stolen the previous day, after he lost his kids in a fire earlier that week. He had also lost his job a month back, due to depression caused by the discovery that his wife was HIV positive during her autopsy.

There is nothing wrong with removing a subsidy that has been the foundation of the most elaborate corruption scheme in the history of this country. However, is this the best time to do it?

I'm of the humble opinion that when the economic rigor mortis resulting from this fuel hike sets in, and many are faced with the dilemma of choosing between corruption and suffering, a vast majority won't be choosing suffering.

A word like they say, is enough for the wise.

72 year old Indian woman gives birth to her first child after 46 years of marriage

72 year old Daljinder Kaur gave birth to a boy following two years of IVF treatment and hit out at critics who said she was too old, saying she now felt 'complete'.

Mrs Kaur's husband, 79 year old Mohinder Singh Gill admitted yesterday that they tried IVF in a bid to stake a claim in his late father's £500,000 property.

Channels TV correspondent, Kayode Akintemi, quoted the Minister of Agriculture, Audu Ogbeh, saying this at a forum recently.
